The Marketing personnel who are out in the field establishing contacts and following up leads and prospective clients often gather valuable information about the client. This information if put across in a database will provide statistics about the customer behavior and industry patterns.

To make this process of populating data into a database the client fact sheet is designed as Microsoft Word Template using VBA Forms and macros. The Marketing personnel can fill the information on the spot in their laptops in these templates and save them as word document, one each for every client and visit. A Separate VB Macro is provided to populate all the information from the various word documents and store them in a database.
